OUR STORY

They started small. Very small.

Their first “office” was Mudit’s bedroom. Their first client was Shivansh’s cousin’s engagement ceremony. Their first investment was ₹12,000 pooled from savings.

They didn’t sleep the night before that engagement. Shivansh stayed up designing a vintage pastel-themed backdrop inspired by old Lucknowi architecture. Mudit negotiated with vendors till 3 a.m., calculating margins down to the last rupee.

The event was imperfect. A light fell mid-ceremony. The cake arrived thirty minutes late. But when the bride cried looking at the fairy-lit stage, something shifted.

They weren’t just managing events.

They were managing emotions.

What social media never showed were the silent months.

The days when their Instagram page had 143 followers and no inquiries.

The nights when they argued — about pricing, about design, about whether they should just prepare for government exams like everyone else.

Lucknow was traditional. Families trusted established decorators who had worked for decades. Two young boys with big ideas weren’t exactly the safe option.

There were rejections. There were unpaid bills. There were vendors who refused to cooperate because they were “kids.”

Once, after losing a major wedding contract to a bigger company, Shivansh almost gave up. He said, “Maybe we’re dreaming too big for this city.”

Mudit replied quietly, “Then we’ll grow big enough for it.”

AND THAT WAS IT!
